NZXT Phantom 530 has fan control ability.
If you don't mind slightly smaller than full-tower (mid tower la) casings there are models like Aerocool Dead Silence DS 200 has built in fan controller. RM 395  Other casing with fan controller would be like Silverstone Raven RV-05 |
