Budget: below rm250

Must have:
ATX supported, at least 300mm clearance for GPU, fans included, RGB not needed, good airflow and cooling

Preferred choices:
-Coolermaster Masterbox Lite 5
-Coolermaster Masterbox K500L
-Tecware Nexus
-Phanteks Eclipse P300

Location:
Penang (buying from Lazada)
