We're in the same boat.
I'm teaching Diploma students and at the same time, I'm doing Master by research part time. Been doing this for almost 2 years now.
During the day, I work as normal. But at night, I do research. Or sometime during my free time during the day, I will curi-curi masa do research hahaha!
Quite tired, but challenging & pushing you to the limit on how you manage your time plus with spending time with family & etc.

I believe we can do it if we put our minds to it + discipline & perseverance.   thumbup.gif

wow, good to know that there is someone who has had the same experience as I am. How many hours are you teaching per week?

6 hours per week for about 80+ students.
But most of the time I've dedicated for lab management (I'm also incharge of technical lab, which a lot of postgrad students are using the lab for research).

Doing academic + technical at the same time, not an easy job hahaha.

I suggest using time management software.
To help with the task of managing our day, there are some wonderful digital tools available for just about any platform.
I use a service www konstruktor .com
Functions performed bythis servise are: community projects, time management, team collaboration, chat, search for investor, implementation of creative ideas, the financial manager and other.
