Sales chart as at this afternoon. Small units 1,100 sq ft all sapu liau. Mainly the medium and big size units left. Looks like its an investment hotbed for this cheras project.

to be fair, mkh has completed all their previous projects in a timely manner including their saville@bangsar and the ongoing kajang 2 township. Whatever they launch they will complete on time. Workmanship so so only la. Nothing to shout abt. Probably tier 2 developer at best but has a clear record for job completion.

For those people who booked and signed s&p today got additional 1.5% rebate. So many purchasers were v gung ho as they signed the s & p on the spot during this weekend launch.

dunno..they earlier said they will lanuch their terrace superlink but till todate they held back their launch. I think mrk a bit soft now so they are delaying the launch.

ur booking fee is rm3k. if you sign s&p and ur loan got rejected u hv to forfeit ur rm3k. but if u sign s&p same day u get 1.5% rebate over ur gross s&p price.

if this is year 2012, i think mkh would hv sold at least 80% of their units. But despite it being only 10 metres fr the mrt and its freehold status got still plenty of unsold units after d launch esp the 1300 sq ft size and above. Goes to show our property scene is in its doldrums..
