i think the price will be at least RM550 psf... you vista selling RM600 psf (after discount)....green residence RM500 psf (after discount and freebies).

the concept is very similar to you vista, both oso services apartment, with link bridge o MRT. jz tat you vista is mixdevelopment with you residence, you walk, you festival... saville @ cheras is stand alone development. density wise. 700+ unit in you vista vs 300+ in saville cheras.

called to developer, they said don't know when launch, but most probably this year.. I think the price should be higher than 550 psf... bcz the MKH boulevard at kajang are selling RM570 psf now... kajang oso need 570 psf leh my friend, wat u think batu 9? at least 650 psf.

MKH launched their saville @ kajang last weekend surprisingly with good price and sold out 50% todate. only 4 days.
dunu when saville @ cheras launched leh? |
