I am a bit old minded, the only great point l can think of is the MRT connection.
My family member used to own one unit nearby, 20 years ago.
Ended up selling the units a few years later.
Of course that time the yield was not attractive.
Amenities OK only.

If l buy Saville Cheras, l will not stay there.

MKH World Serdang which planned Q3 2014 also postpone.

Cheras value that time i'm not sure but in year 2006, condomonium in jalan ipoh kl is rm150 - 200psqft only compare to the current market ptice almost rm600psqft. Luckly my boss mr ong si mok (have to mentioned his name tongue.gif) advise to buy one unit. really appreciate my chinese boss. Thanks sifu! Xie xie!

Cheras maybe rm200 - 250psqft that time.
