The list is not up-to-date but somehow we're still complaining here and there, just because some of us had high expectation that we will win the EPL? Just because we signed one player who used to assist CR7? We screwed up big time in big matches?

Pressure from fans and some of the unnecessary comments from the media is growing every year, that might lead to the collapse of the team's morale. Wenger been pushing the team and his own board of directors every year ever since Dein left. Even with Ivan being appointed to replace Dein, they've not solve the problem internally. They need someone who is as passionate and ambitious on the board, not just dumping every loads and shits to the manager. Wenger has its own flaws, we can't expect him to win every cup and getting the club's bank account filled. His biggest mistake was selling his famous captain Vieira and never got his leadership replaced.

Quality of the captain and leadership been declined after that. Henry-Cesc-RvP-Vermy... The team need have more leaders. Players like Rooney, Terry, Gerrard and etc. It is very obvious they really played with their heart out. I can only see Jack being in this category at this moment in the team...that is clearly not enough...Talents does exist in the team but just need someone or maybe a couple to tie them up together...

Despite throwing the blame on the manager, didn't the board and players should bear and share the blame too?

So what I understand from your post that you're saying Everton is stronger than Arsenal? Just because of one season wonder? If you flip back to the history page, Everton did managed to qualify to Europa at one season when Moyes was in charge sitting on 5th or 6th in the table. Gravesen was still around that time I recalled, then the next season they almost relegated. Despite of not winning cups for god knows how many years, Arsenal is still within Top 4 qualifying Champions League every season. This is consistency. We can't judge on a team based on one season wonder performance. I'm not saying Arsenal is not good, but it seems they did not really improve much to catch up with the modern days of football. Given this statistics 10 years ago, I think Arsene is almost celebrating winning EPL.
I hate to admit but Rodger did quite a good job in Liverpool. He told the media he could take years to get his team for real challenge. He kept his head low and somehow he succeed in doing that

That's normal. Every football players want to win something in their career some goes to us whether boss in the business or kuli under your boss. I'm sure you have a milestone to achieve. If the company cannot give you what you want, employee will leave for better prospect.

Well, if Wenger to sign this contract. He will need to add a few more clause into his contract for the boardmember to commit into. Simple player can be overpriced these days. How much money is the club sanctioned to the manager is very important thus critical to the club future.
Wenger can choose to leave the club, but if he were to stay. He will have to ensure those old farts on the board are on the same boat as him
