so how did pool survive the league?

did suarez ever got injured this season? him and gerrard have been like immortals. if all the teams managed to go through the season unaffected by injuries i think city would be winners. hard to say where we would end up, probably in 2/3. losing our midfield core ramsey/ozil/wilshere and theo really messed the team up. it's difficult tho because i dont want to keep blaming the injuries as a reason for us not playing to our full strength, but it's true. we got our core taken out. not sure how better pool would be without suarez/gerrard/coutinho, or chelsea w/o hazard/oscar/schurrle, or city w/o aguero/silva/toure.

cesc fabregas is recently hated by the barca fans, and apparently half of them want cesc to be sold. we've got too much quality in midfield but as far as injuries go, i think we can afford to get him here and still give everyone enough game time.

why they would even hate cesc. he is such a brilliant player. welcome back anytime for me

apparently his recent form playing as a CAM and a false 9 didnt work that well. i dunno, that's what i read. if it's true then it's crazy, it's comparable to the arsenal fanbase when some of us wanted to sell off ramsey last season when he was making too much mistakes. but even with that case you couldn't predict ramsey was going to be the ramsey of this season, whereas the world knows what a quality player cesc is.

imo he wont leave, barca would surely keep cesc as they're not allowed to transfer in players next season. plus our main priorities are more towards a ST, DM and possibly RB.

not that i'd rule out anything, we get injuries all the freakin time.

moyes would do better in a mid tier team, he thrives being the underdog. he has a shitty reputation in man utd but i dont think it'll be hard for him to secure a job with a lesser team.

it's true tho, we gave Nasri a lot of shit. tbh we give a lot of players shit, even our own players like ramsey. i think it's inevitable, we're a big club but we're not winning things, some sections of the fans might get a bit irritated and vented their frustration on a scapegoat. i've been laying shit on giroud countless times this season, so i guess i'm guilty too.

i despised nasri with all his comments after winning the league with city, but his hatred is towards the hateful fans, not towards Arsenal FC and in particular arsene. in fact i think no player hates arsene and the members of the club after leaving, not even adebayor with that infamous running celebration. i think we have a very 'acid' set of fans, and this brought on the hate from nasri, ade, etc. shit, if i was in his shoes, continuously getting shit from my own team's fans i'd hold a grudge too some day. kudos to aaron ramsey for turning our opinions towards him.

it's been a relatively successful season i'd say this season, we've seen ozil/ramsey materialize into a great combo, the defence have strengthened up, giroud at least is still the team's top scorer (iinm?), so this season i've seen less complaints from fans. of course there's the drubbings we get from top teams, but we also played some great football earlier in the season, and now we have a chance to win a trophy. the fans are happy, no more scapegoats.

did anyone hear the commentator jizzing on mourinho after than 2nd goal? holy f all mourinho did was play a super defensive game and waited for a counter attack chance, but the commentator was hailing him like some footballing saviour. i was actually admiring jose after that, kudos to him for keeping out liverpool but that preachy commentating made me cringe

you know what? i'm willing to take a bet on that crazy lunatic balotelli. he's going to be a big problem, but i really dont see any of the other star strikers coming to arsenal.
