aiyoo, why la this Moyes fella ? cant he see what kagawa brings to the table? dah la no Mata....

I'm not putting giggsy down or what but giggsy should be coming off the bench for games like this, not start from beginning....

God help us!

Giggs was godlike in the previous game he started.
Certainly for long range passing, he is better than Kagawa in that IMO.

With Welbeck who will be pressing the opponent's defense, long range pass and fighting for header might be a better game play.

Short game? We will be slaughtered.
*
i get what you mean and agree to some extent but then again, realistically, we will not be having a good ball possesion against Bayern so those long range passing would only come in handful.

haiz, difficult to be optimistic, can only rely on the players will to fight against all odds....

tambah minyak MU!!!

heard some say that we have the best away record in the league and that's supposed to give us some advantage for 2nd leg? come on la...

we have to dig deep again next week. vida has a point where he said man u have the pace to hurt bayern ( welbeck, valencia) but more importantly is for kagawa to be on in the starting eleven. that guy oozes calmness. keeps possesion and good pass completion. he will be the one responsible to unlock our strikers at the AA.

^^ agree. experience will play a vital role in these closing stages of the CL. Evra to be selected ahead of Buttner.

i think somewhere in Rooney's contract that just got renewed has a clause that states Moyes cant sub him out during a game... i got so mad when rooney yelled at welbeck after fluffing his shot. how dare he! and for heaven's sake, please use your left leg for shooting. its not there for decoration purpose!

I'm relieved that he's gone. Just felt that it was too heavy a job for him.
Good if we can look forward to the remaining games and perhaps throw in the younger players and give them experience.
I really wish that klopp would be appointed but i know its very very unlikely. hopefully van gaal can transform us into title challengers next season.
on a side note, someone should get gary neville next to van gaal. that guy is awesome in analysing games, imo wink.gif

Van Gaal will be the favourite right now..Klopp has long contract with Dortmund
*
he has won titles with big clubs after taking charge, so i gather he shouldnt be having trouble managing the players here.

Contracts can be bought out, if the manager is willing  tongue.gif

but its as if klopp is still in love with BVB, so... it'll be a miracle for us if that happens thumbup.gif

If I am Giggs, I would not play Rooney if he is not fit/not on form. Some of his decision making last few games were terrible.
*
I really have doubts about this rooney fella .... SAF was very accurate about him. he comes to form in spurts... he cant perform consistently. at one point i was more mad about him than moyes in that everton game. bugger cant even hold possesion... (sorry if too strong tongue.gif )

maybe, just maybe, he is destined to be a holding midfielder??!! ( dont shoot me pls!!!)

Good manager at a smaller club with less expectations. People tend to overlook that Martinez Everton now is padded with $50m worth of loan talents in Lukaku, Barry and that barca player.

Moyes Everton don't tend to loan players from other EPL team but rather promote from within or purchase from smaller clubs.
*
seems to me that Moyes doesnt know how to capitalise on loaning players then...

moving fwd, pointless to include players like rio, vidic, evra. some will be leaving. might as well throw in the youngsters. nothing else to fight for in remaining games.
