Anyway ini sudah OT lo...easiest solution so far to help 3ROD is get an original non-modded console and get the warranty.

Find a Singapore address that you can use so that Microsoft Singapore will exchange one-on-one. Microsoft is already closing one eye on all these warranty claims so don't expect them to set up shop here anytime soon offering exchanges and compensations.
