shit man ,
i 'm also the victim . after the latest update. i played nba 07. after a while, the console hang. so i reboot the console, then nightmare begin. 3 blinking led............ curse xbox....... now i need to go back to singapore to claim warranty. |

yes , i asked my friend to call the centre .
then my friend pass my contact no. to the xbox support. after tat , i got call from xbox support asking me lots of question . then later give me a reference no . and ask me to go exchange from service hub next week. |

guys, i got my xbox replace 1 to 1 exchange in sg today .
just follow wat alkt mentioned . but it took my friend 2 hours waiting to be served. he told me the service hub is full of ppl. and funan IT mall is crowded cos of vista launch . btw , i received a mail from xbox support today.
