@mzaidi - the warranty for the jap unit is 90 days.. just look at the card

@judge-the - we bought the units via parallel import... so officially we lost all customer support and rights the moment the units left jp..so all this emailing to ms sg and giving them pressure is gonna be an exercise in futility... not once does it say on our warranty cards that the units are covered by international warranty... it does say however that warranty is void if it has left jp

Captain Jack Sparrow sweat.gif But with the same problematic hardware, I think the "captain and his crew" won't have much "Adventure" tongue.gif

Be Jack Sparrow and be denied "entry" to every "port" you enter, and no maintainance for your "ship" when it berths into a port.

Microsoft see that people more interested in becoming the "crew of the Black Pearl", they pull out of all support, including the possible coverage of warranty. So please, hang in there while this comes to fruition. I see all of us Xbox 360 users above the trivialities and the shallow-mindedness of the guys in the Playstation section, where Pirates are king. We need to think of the repercussion of our actions in the future, not the immediate short term "rewards".

I doubt it, it actually doesn't come up with anything, the 360 just freezes.... no red lights, no error messages, just freeze..... the red lights only come up after the freezing

ya, when u play arcade games it didt freeze because it not really use all the graphics card power at all..but when u play ur DVD games it will not enough electricity to push the graphics card so ur 360 cant do anything for just freeze it and blinking red lights. make sure ur home doesnt over run electrik like running at the same with ur 360 like washing machine, air-cond and another air-cond because ur 360 is very sensitive on electricity.

and now my 360 got another problem is when i play PGR3 when i crossing the New York Bridge it will suddenly drop framte rate to 15-20 rclxub.gif

bro dark, hope it help cause i already bosan with this issue rclxub.gif good luck and peace~

Well the power went back on and everything is fine now. The voltage instability was definitely the cause of the problem. So watch your voltages everyone
*

something that every xb360 should take note if their place power voltage isn't stable. unless u wanna brick of 1.5k tongue.gif

maybe can find a way contact MS SG? there's no more warranty, but as long as the seal is there, they might repaired it for a fee.

it depends..there are loads of error codes to be discovered....but if u still manage to see text coming out on d screen then its not a big deal..just like bro shumaky said just disconnect n reconnect everything n u r back on track...but if there is no video output at all...then thats it...u'll have to do a manual diagnosis to know the error code n if its appear to be 0102 then say rest in peace my beloved xbox 360....u shall be remembered today, tomorrow till i get a new one lah hehe...
