Actually, not true. Class specific items and sets will come from Torment 1 and up only.

er... i got my blackthrone spurs at master... but does that consider as class specific?

emm no , i got my BT at normal farming too, class specific set consider like immortal king set , natalya set , inna set etc .

i just find out, not all set item are 'torment only drop'.
