yes, the like leak from behind lcd panel. mine is right corner side.

haven't encountered. difficult to recreate too.

i can recreate it BUT i need to make sure

1. no hood.
2. light at really awkward angle.

you try with the handphone LED light, assuming if you have one.  if not then use it against normal fluorescent light.

the angle has to go quite high up, towards the top of the camera (imagine it's sun at 11am to noon range)

and i think use it at widest aperture you'll be able to see it better.
