Hi all, I'm working for a project which require liquid nitrogen. there's no way can get -400 lor..even below absolute 0 also can't. AFAIK la..  they test for bose-einstein theory with temp something like 1X10^-10 kelvin. it does prove that all atoms fuse together. i dont know how but maybe the electrons dont have enough energy to even spin around the nucleus.
