I'm pretty ok with the environment when there are things to do, co's the company allows me to get involved in projects and a chance to explore responsibilities not within job scope if I want (chance to learn things) .. experiences to gain etc.

just .. the pay is hopeless .. my peers are touching 3+ now with 1 year+ working experience and I'm not even halfway through there
