I'm still a beginner and wanted to buy a digital piano for practice~ Found a few models such as Yamaha p35 or Korg sp170 but the price is all over 2k plus.... But recently spotted an adpost that sells Yamaha p105 at only Rm1200 and Korg 170 at RM1400 which is much more lower and more affordable to me.... but the market price in Malaysia is much more higher than this that make this seems to me like a scam Any suggestion whether or not i should purchase that from them?Had no experience in purchasing musical instrument

Yamaha P105 retails at 3000+. If too good to be true. Avoid. If you really want to source a reliable digital piano with warranty and everything, please PM me.

From personal experience, definitely pay attention to the max Polyphony the piano can support. If it's your first piano and you buy it to start learning, then by all means go for lower price range (which are usually 64 polyphony, or lower).
However if you have been playing piano for years AND, is used to the voice produced by real piano, without 128 Polyphony it really sounds bad to your ear. In the end it actually discourage you to play on that piano because you won't be able to enjoy what you're playing.
