I don know which one u feed urs fries...how much is it? some ppl manage to 'grows' some little tiny˛ things by lefting the veges until it rotten in clear water. I think it is plankton..but not sure what type...that was though by Siamese men who breed the Bettas but i failed to do so..

is this artemia?

In last 4 years ago, i had a fren who have a community tank of in about 5 tetras and 1 betta. It is a blue/neon tetras and they are stay together in 2 feet plastic tank..with a nice decoration, and nice setup with lots of live plants, all of them live together in harmony..but sometimes we can still see the tetras disturbing the male bettas and the tetras is actually love to play hide and seek with bettas biggrin.gif ...of coz because the tetras is more faster swimmer compare to bettas laugh.gif
