noob betta breeder here. i haf 1 suffering from fin rot. how do i cure him?

and it seems he has fungus growing on it's body too. i tried using white spot medicine but it doesn't seem to be working much.

i'm more concerned about the fin rot. what's the medicine i should ask for at the fish shop?

hey guys, my 2 months old betta (2 months since i bought it la) suddenly today showed symptoms of fin rot. so i quickly went n change the water. put salt, anti chlorine n all.

but now, within a couple of hours. it's conditions changed drastically to the worst. it's whole body is turning pale n it's just floating around at the bottom of the tank. what's wrong with it?

i'm quite saddened about this. i think it's not going to make it pass the night.

just a few minutes after this, it died. sigh...

i suspect fin rot wasn't it's actual cause of death. it's fin did not rot away much but the entire body turned pale.

and i thought fighting fishes were the easiest exotic fishes to rare. i'm such a failure.
