daphnia is called "sui qi"(cantonese)....i have tried asking around 5 years ago and only found 1 guy who actually trespasses IndahWater pond to catch daphnia...that guy's shop cum house is located in Sungei Way in the depths of SS1....apparently a few years back, a fellow betta enthusiast told me that he opened(moved) a shop near Bintang supermarket...so i m not so sure...have to wait for current betta breeders to tell u where u can get daphnia.

cry.gif my fries died, all of them cry.gif 1st time breed failed. vmad.gif put egg yolk but they didn't tend to eat? starve to death i think. any guide from expert for taking care of fries?

after eggs hatched when should i start feeding? when they fries up n down up n down(fries drop down from nest after hatched) ? or when they floating around?

i try to ask lfs and they give me a frozen larve, i don't think fries ate it coz they died

those tiny fish is smaller than mosquito larves didn't swim around much, most of the time just floating around...

when should i remove the male? after bubble nest collapse? or after first tiny fries appear?

infusoria=green water?

giv it a few days, it will settle down. last time i brought a plakat swimming heads down, a week later it cure by itself no medi only wc/2 days

Is it when betta older they tend to be more slower, and sleep more like human? My betta sleep (sink) at bottom most of the time...
