Just received my UAG Navigator (their term for white color) 6 Plus, after 2 weeks+ of shipping  yawn.gif

First impression is the phone immediately feels more 'solid', more comfortable of dropping it  shakehead.gif  although nope, not gonna do that.
Thickness wise, definitely not those 'heavy duty' case like the Otterbox Defender or Griffin Survivor.

It is MIL STD 810G 516.6 certified, that's about 4 feet drop tested. Good for accidental drop while text walking, but not when picking up calls.

The corner at the back of the case is 'elevated'. However, the uneven surface of the back feels weird when its in my pocket, need some time to get used to it?

The 3.5mm opening is said to be 'big' by some reviewers. Although my Shure SE215 is able to connect, it doesn't fit, it comes out easily, which is a bit turn off  sweat.gif  It fits my NAD HP50 well though (small connector), perhaps its time for me to use the latter more often  hmm.gif

The front is also elevated by quite a bit, more than my tempered glass.

Overall, solid case. Finally the wait is over  rolleyes.gif . I may rest in peace now  tongue.gif .

PS: Without doubt, this case cannot compete with those EC taikors  notworthy.gif . Totally different class  shocking.gif

I ordered from uag website, free shipping though it's a long wait  sad.gif

Feel comfortable dropping doesn't mean I'll drop it on purpose  sweat.gif my previous phone note 2 died caz I dropped  it(without case), no scratch no crack no dent but the screen component failed, so this round I want to get something tough without being too bulky and ended up with this (again caz of the free shipping lol).

Sad to hear that though, mind sharing what phone and what case?

sounds like a good case for iphone 6+
i wonder if anyone tried to bend with the casing

the spigen tough armor was tested, and protected the phone pretty well

Considered the tough armor as well, but it is not tested. Furthermore the result of UAG drop test performed by the youtuber MobilesReview-Eh.ca is pretty convincing. That's why I bought the UAG.

The UAG is tempting as it is really thin. However I don't know if the case is sturdy enough
There's no demo case in Malaysia for reference

My tempered glass is not those "full coverage" type, so it won't be an issue with majority of cases. The fit on the side is pretty tight, can't even squeeze my fingernail in, so I think it would be an issue for those full coverage tempered glass. Anyway, never try never know  hmm.gif

mind me asking what tempered glass screen protector are u using?

Finally received my iPhone 6+ case as well.

Ordered it directly from the Otterbox website (which offered free delivery to Malaysia).

Decided on the Otterbox Symmetry case for my iPhone 6+ Silver
