i had sinus surgery (deviated septum, which is blockage in my left nose causing me to breathe only through right nose) which cost me rm 10k, 90 percent of which is covered by insurance. sinus is 50 percent medication and 50 percent environment management, so find out what triggers your sinus and control your environment. in my case, im allergic to dust mites, so i use ioniser in my bedroom. in the morning, i scrap the phlegms out of my tongue.

lately i am using aerius -D (which is different from aerius) that cost about rm 5 a pill. works fine so far. you should try different oral meds until u find one that suits for u. regarding sinus surgery, it is not a cure due to your allergen always around you.

at the moment, i am based in penang and KL, so finding clinics in KL that offers aerius-D is a problem since i got my meds from a clinic in penang.
