Hi guys,

Try to find the problem regarding code redeem. I got my RoS from one of the shop and yes I have the D3 install already but once I log in to and select "Add Game" this message pop up

An error has occurred.
You need the base game for this expansion. The game key you entered is for an expansion, but you do not have the base game (such as World of Warcraft) on your Battle.net account. Please try again after adding the required base game.

keep trying for many time but still can. Please help me.
