Hello i just bought new iphone 5s with celcom and operating system is ios7.0 and new postpaid number too.

I am still new with all this. Can i know why my contact app it says no contact list? Meanwhile i already store few contact number and when i want to view my contact i need to go to phone > contact. Why cannot view at my contact app? How to make it appear there? help me pls
