Just goto Lego.com, click on the missing brick button and they will send one to you FOC no question ask! That's the best part about buying LEGO!

Just go to LEGO.com, scroll down to the "Customer Service"and locate the "Missing Parts", you will then have to type in the set number that you bought, look for the missing piece and quantity, leave your personal details and address, and LEGO should send it to you without any issue.

I've tried it a few times myself, yes I've got a few sets before that has missing bricks from store and LEGO send a replacement without any question or even proof of purchase.

Have anyone actually compared the prices with other international sellers? Sometimes even after shipping the international sellers are still cheaper. Of course if there's a competitively priced seller in Malaysia it'll be great, then I can get my bricks faster instead of waiting for them to arrive

Thanks! Yes due to the migration from LEGO Cuusoo to LEGO ideas, you have the option to link your previous Cuusoo account. However, it requires a few action to do so and some might find it troublesome I suppose you didn't link it hence is able to vote again

Hi infiniti123, thanks for the support! Yup you are not the first one who says that, and I totally understand where you are coming from, but all I can do is try, I wouldn't know for sure what will happen anyway

Normally if you contact the seller they will sort it out, if they don't you can bring it up to bricklink, though I've not done this before since in most cases it's resolved once I contact the seller. Even though no insurance but usually international shipping comes with tracking. 2 months is a long time, you can contact them after 1 month not receiving package.

Thought maybe someone may be interested in these custom minifigs, I think they are really nice and upon closer look they are different from Christo's or NACM version. Those 2 are the best customizer so far, these looks as good and comparatively "cheaper"
