New lego store at the Curve Level 1, next to Mothercare is by ALJ. I think the ones in BV2 is also by ALJ.

You guys normally buy only for display? Anybody doing moc or letting ur kids play it...just wondering...hehe

I don't really like it after seeing the review. Front piece is one piece and not build with bricks. Bended brick to turn on so up lego like. Color doesn't attract me. Windows are small. I think the older passenger train which I got is nicer.

From my experience, don't go to the most obvious Lego hangouts like the Curve. It seems to be always missing the best mini-figs e.g. the Simpsons family. Many pros in picit-picit probably...
Go to places like Toysrus, e.g. at the IPC where, not many fans of Lego go to.
Places like Hamleys was my choice last time, but, now, many fans of Lego are making visits there too.
Going on the weekdays is good too...
But, having said that, i can see that things are now starting to slow down...supply had outpaced demand..many die hard fans of Lego had already gotten the entire collection.. hehe..
