Signing in late as I was away on Lego road trip over the weekend and arrived home with a bootful of Lego...

Not Legoland, a bit further south. Just retrieving goodies from my offshore 'warehouse'. 

Did visit Legoland but more for kids to play. Nothing worth buying except some polybags maybe. PAB prices better now but I'm not a MOC'er. Sets not worth getting unless got sales with 30% or more  discounts.

Is there any discount at legoland for modular sets?

i hope this is not the reason they are ending the Monster Series

Just started back Lego few month ago. 

Being poison  kaw kaw after my wife ask her colleague to buy 7938 and 7937 from Japan for the kids. And i bought 7939 to complement their set. 

Then only realize there is modular now and bought first one last month, Pet shop from amazon. Modular really a poison. Now itching to buy others to expand the pet shop but not cheap. 

Here is my first poison just to share.

not forgetting price increase. cause they legoland mgmt don't have competition. want to P.A.B everyone must go legoland.

lastly hefty car maintainance cost n service if u drive large vehicle there. time spent in traffic especially holiday seasons. give u membership discount can't make much difference.

only solution is others can ask tumpang beli and cost sharing.. to relieve burden sikit on buyer.
good news from fb  , the new lego shop @Curve D'sara will have P.A.B.    hope this materializes.

Hello all,

I am new here and just started collecting Lego. Does anyone import Lego from eBay in this forum ? How do you all escape paying the authorities the import tax ?

I still pay income tax....however I dont agree getting 30% taxed on items like toys. I want to purchase those large Lego sets that are surely more than RM500. Anyway, just asking in here...cheers. 

Parents are heading to Hong kong . What modular should i get ? Prefer city types
