Difference between poslaju and parcel?

I've a parcel that I wanted to send around 1.1kg...
Base on the postage calculator offer by poslaju: http://www.pos.com.my/pos/personal/rates.aspx There are parcel rate and poslaju rate options, which one should I select? In terms of price and duration of delivery which one is better?  |
