anybody here know how to contact nokia store at lowyat? I want check when can get my phone. Phone number on receipt cannot use.

Last wednesday go to lowyat to check my phone. I very disappointed because they not send my phone to SC. Just PERAM my phone for 10 days. They said they contact me but I check not receiving any miss call etc from them. I take my phone and send to SC by my self. Today SC call to collect my phone already finish repaired.

My wife need a new hp so I not buy from them " Nokia ground floor" but bought a 830 at normal shop at 3rd floor. This phone look gorgeous.

Maybe digitizer connection not align properly. Same as my phone. Now at SC maybe this Saturday go pickup.

I give 5 star for service center plaza berjaya. I sent my phone on wednesday to repair my crazy touch screen and they called me to collect my phone on Tuesday. Took only 3 working days to replace my lcd and digitizer. On Monday I already check and status ready foe collection but I wait they call me.

Now my phone work like new. smile.gif

I bought 2 but all very messy. Not stick about 1cm from edge for each side very ugly. rclxub.gif
My 1520 is quite OK only few mm not stick only at curve area.

Hi all.

This month my L1520 already 1Y 2months old.
I'm not sure after update denim or just my battery going old.
Sometimes my phone suddenly shutdown.

Yesterday during using waze without car charger, battery about 60%. But after navigate about 15minutes,
phone shutdown "battery critical low". After restart back my phone still have 50%.
This auto shutdown not only use waze, during surfing using IE also happen several times.
Sometimes when I reboot 3~5 times, battery become 2%.

When I charge and left the phone there, battery full from 35 to 100% in 20minutes.

I checked insider pro record.. there are several times my battery really fast charging about 20minutes from 30 to 80%.

I think I will by from ebay. Need to study first how to DYI.

Just now my battery 85% take picture using lumia camera 3 4 shot then phone shutdown. After restart left 10%..

Tonight I will update to w10. Grrrrrr

I'm not sure what the main root cause. Because when I charge the phone reach 100% in 20minutes from 30%. Several people have same problem by referring to link I post before. Seems like battery not calibrated properly.

Same battery many different price o.O. Later surf lelong. But hard to DYI right. Need to use hot airblower to remove adhesive behind the battery.

Repaired laptop and some old phone by my self. Also have a air gun for repair my laptop 2 years ago.

There is no slow ring. Just only fast ring. I select fast ring and phone will reboot in few seconds or select check icon.
