how bad is the battery consumption? minus 10% in an overall view?

After update yesterday, my battery from 95% drop till 77% within an hour of playing, setting and restarts. Did a factory reset just in case . No downloading of apps since store is down. Btw, I plug in charger while updating

if stays screen on, it sucks battery quite alot...but standby seems quite tahan~~ XD i feel better than wp 8.0 lol

mine seems....okay wor battery anyway, it's quick and fast but not so butter smooth like wp 8.0.

Well for me, when I check at 7.30am it has 85%. And now at 12.30pm, 56%. Only made 4 calls, replying WhatsApp.so compared to 8.0, battery consumption is kinda high. Usually when I reach home from work around 6pm, I would still have at least 60-70% of battery left using 8.0 with the same usage.

Thanks for the reply (on Zinio). Yup agreed it's not a phone/app issue but more of the right form factor for that app which is likely to remain on the 10" device. So will likely be getting a Surface tablet for that purpose.

maybe can try to get a few hours charge for first time. it recalibrate the battery status if not mistaken and ya, your phone will drain battery very serious, but after all things are sync and updated. it should be just as usual already. me from morning 730am 96% and keep fb,whatsapp,wechat,line and surf net until now left 80% battery. 2.38pm.
