Um. My phone downloaded and update just now and I checked it's still 8.0. So I update my phone again and it's downloading so sloooooooow. Is the first one not 8.1? The wonder so damn fast download. The second download is taking its time. Damn, can't wait to try 8.1! 😁

Set your language and region and speech to us-english. Then go check the updates. There is one (it's the language update  ). Install it. Enjoy Cortana |
