Still same problem.. if you see the video, when I press top left side will be OK a while and

come back again.

This is hardware failure.. maybe connection etc... some say digitizer problem.

Maybe digitizer connection below the screen.

Maybe tomorrow pay a visit to nokia store at lowyat.

My 1520 won't start up. I left it to charge overnight, it was good for a few hours - until it suddenly died. Charging it won't do anything to it, connecting it to the computer also has no point. I tried Using the Lumia Software Recovery Tool 5.0, it won't detect it.
I do feel a slight heat on the top of the phone when I charge it though. And connecting it to the PC prompts that sound Windows makes when a new USB device is connected.

Ironically, today is the exact date last year that I placed the order for this phone through Storekini. It's been a year since I've placed the pre-order - and this happens

I'll contact Storekini on what to do, and hopefully get this issue fixed by Xmas. Anyone else faced a similar issue before?

I contacted Storekini and they said I'll have to take it to a Nokia Care Centre. Damn leceh lah. I've been loyal to Nokia for as long as I can remember, and this crap happens to me. I hope they fix it or else i'll be really, really disappointed. I mean c'mon, I haven't even experienced the Denim update!

I ordered it exactly a year ago but it arrived two weeks from the date i ordered it heh. so I should have around a week or two till it expires (it better be).

and yeah, it's most likely a board problem. I opened up Device Manager on my PC and it detected a QHSUSB_BULK device with no driver, and it can't find a driver. I googled the problem and it seems that only Android devices with Qualcomm chips have the same issue (bricked devices).

Another dude said his Lumia 920 was bricked too (with a similar QHSUSB driver issue), but he sent it to the centre and they replaced the chipset. He said theyre were quick and prompt. this dude was in the US though. Hopefully Malaysia the same lah. But still, aduhhhh.

right now I don't have any spare phone which uses nanoSIM, semua guna microsim je. now have to find an adapter temporarily (and hopefully doesn't get stuck and break that other phone too)

Do they charge you for the replacement or it is free of charge?
