Your skill build is out of tune with your gears. Since you already have the Piro Marella, why not build around that? For weapon, it is a general consensus that emerald is indispensible just for the crit damage. Not to mention you need a better weapon.

Your glove is a magefist which is a fixed fire dmg, if I were you I'd try to reroll your bracer into fire damage. As for the other parts, if that fire build seems to work, you might want to gamble for a cindercoat.

Anyways, I'd gamble kadala for a new shoulder and try to get the 3rd akkhan piece which will unlock 4 set bonus.

As for the blessed shield skill, it might seem easy to use and you feel that the damage is good. But for me, unless you have a Jekangboard, it is not that good.

So yeah, a lot of space for improvements.
Nice since you got the gryfalcon. But the utmost priority is to get a jekangboard which will make that blessed shield a lot more powerful.

I'd recommend you gamble for a Jekangboard and then an Akkhan shoes. One last thing, I personally won't use falling sword since you are now essentially a ranged crus with that gryfalcon. Might as well change it to another skill and take advantage of the cooldown reduction from 1h weapon. Try condemn/bombardment. Phalanx is a solid choice in my opinion.
