It's called a bloodline limit coz only that particular clan can fuse the 2 different elements to create a new jutsu.....like haku, water+wind=ice......other people shouldn't be able to do recreate this ice element with the fusion.......

By the way, i don't get how water+wind=ice.......if it was water+temperature=ice then i can understand Logic flies out the window

Lol, when i meant heat, i meant it as in low temperature....not as in the degree of heat applied.......sry for the confusion, can't think of a better word....haha

Anyway, if there is cold wind then how come there isn't any cold water? Straight no need to +cold wind to get ice........that is contradictory don't ya think? Lol.....

Right, and that's temperature....heat has to travel from the hotter body(water in this case) to the wind(cold wind) until they reach thermal equilibrium for it to freeze, unless the wind is freezing or below freezing temperature, the water will be turned into ice

Right back to where i was mentioning........so what makes cold wind? Temperature....and since there is a mean to make the wind cold, i don't c why the same thing can't be applied to water straightaway without using cold wind........ well, if u can generate the temperature to make the wind cold, i don't c why it isn't possible to generate the temperature to freeze water straightaway? Don't have to go thru cold wind+water stage......it's like extra work

Ah but anyway, temperature isn't an element.....so i don't c where this is going......and since naruto is a manga........i guess stuff in life shouldn't be applied in a manga! Heck,naruto himself won't even die if u drown him, stab him or throw him from the peak of KL tower
