So the new chapter set a 24 hours time limit for naruto to get the new jutsu right. Either that or he will not complete the jutsu and most probably just like the rasengan, he will complete it during in a battle. OR... jutsu phail all together. Means no new jutsu...

The last time i remember when Rasengan went head on with Chidori, Chidori is the one who win. Im refering to the scene at the waterfall.

Kakuzu i dont think have all the element. I think he just used his "ghost" which was once waa a human with tht paticular element. Thts y he seems to be able to used all element.
