i bet konan and pein originated from rain village...Hantzau ( correct me if i'm mistaken..) agree to spare jiraiya, orochimaru and tsunade...with a condition..but we still does not know...maybe he ask jiraiya to train their own son..or maybe ninja from the rain village...just a theory...

Now i started to believe that Tobi might be someone close to Sasuke that why
he is waiting Sasuke at the valley of Madara maybe Tobi is Itachi .can u believe that All the Itachi fight scene end up as he is in illusion not the real body i guess because the body already taken by Pein that why he using mangekyu sharigan to his brother so his brother kill the Pein which mask with Itachi body or someone else inside his body.All the chapter i read show that Itachi really love his brother very much and it is kinda sad if sasuke kill his loving brother and after that he find out the one who perished the uchiha clan is not Itachi

There already have a lot theories circulatiing around discussin whether Itachi is good or villain.

One of the theory said that Uchiha clan is massacred by Tobi, but Itachi can't defeat him so he need Sasuke power as well. Just a theory though

i think they're referring to the fact that Itachi hasn't been seen killing anyone in the manga ... yet. Even the Uchiha massacre sequence doesn't show Itachi dealing the lethal blows.
