i think tobi is really madara and i checked on wiki and they said tobi can recover really quick despite being hit in critical areas.

maybe madara survived the fight against the first hokage long ago!

A Theoory..

Uchiha Madara - survive the valley of the end battles..
- summon the 9tailed fox and hate the konoha
- live like a parasite..w8ting for a uchiha body..
- found the Uchiha Obito body..take over and start to pay the
revenge...
- control Pein by a special sharingan..
Another theory..

- Rin head back to Obito and revive him with the cost of her
own life..Obito start to hat konoha...
- He want to become stronger by take the soul/spirit of the
Uchiha Madara at the valley of the end..
- And to do so he need 3 uchiha to revive/get the soul/spirit
of the madara..but the rule is all of the uchiha must have
meg' sharingan...

the ending show uchiha madara (i assume its him even though not really official yet), so i guess it might be how he survive the battle with 1st hokage, some story related to 9 tail fox and probably some other plan to conquer the world.

mayb uchiha obito is madara's son or something wanting to take revenge after his father was killed...cause tobi only got 1 eye and tobi is obito..
