The biggest plus for Homer is its cash flow.
The cash flow which is growing at an incredible pace is fueled by its exports...
Homer main business is its exports.
And this strength is fueled by the STRONGER USD.

For the next reporting quarter, on average, the USD 'had' been high, closer to 3.28 on average (which is about 10% higher the same period last year - see chart posted below) if I am not mistaken.
There lies the confidence where I assume Homer profits can grow.

Do note, as an exporting oriented business, esp to the USD, Homer's profits are seasonal in nature.
The Q1 and Q2 earnings are weaker and the Q3 and Q4 earnings are stronger.
Which makes sense, that the US holiday season towards the end of the year is stronger than the start of the year.

However....     

the past two days... there's a rather interesting development.

Against the odds, the Ringgit is showing strength.

Yesterday USD/RM rate is now only 3.23.....   



if the RM continues to MAINTAIN its strength against the USD, this would eat into Homer's profits....

I think you would noticed that I do not use this indicator.
It's not that reliable...
.... and indicators are all based on PAST data.....
which means....
whatever decision taken by the trader is based on the past...
while the past could very well repeat itself but there's no guarantee it will......
yeah, this issue is touchy... hehe...
not everyone will agree with me...
many will die die argue that a combo of rsi and macd is the way to go.... 

anyway... i do not see the chart going down for me...
no indication .... YET.....
