Last time when in uni, got one housemate smoke one... he then blow into his pet cat face a few times.. then we watch the cat trying to go 'through' the wall the whole night.. he walk into wall, then retreat and try walk into wall again.. very funny. 

The next day the cat want some more..

JUPITER SECURITIES SUCKS BIG TIME!

Can you imagine, it takes them 1.5 hours to update my cash account. After multiple emails and phonecalls.

Then the final straw, they made a mistake and put in TWO TIMES the trading amount limit --- crazy!!! that's like giving me more 2x cash in my account (money which isn't mine)

Walaueh... technical human error like this also can!

It's Maybank to maybank so yes should be fast.

The fastest i get my account updated from them is 30 mins. Usually it's an hour. Today is even longer as apparently the credit control dept didn't update properly.

And then, after chasing them, they DO the update. BUT makes a grave erroneous mistake by giving me more cash limit. Called them again to complain and ask them to rectify. Siao... !

No they don't require that. I provide them with all the details that they need

This is the 2nd time i've had them screw up my trading limit account.

1st time, they made a mistake and asked me to pay more money to top up when i didn't need to

and now 2nd time they give me more limit than i banked in

Ok makes sense.

Anyway, do you feel secure knowing that they mistakenly gave me even more cash limit?
i.e. giving me their company money (or rather their clients money) to spend?

I wonder if i did not point out that mistake, what would happen.

Mistakes like this, is serious leh. Today i examined my account in detail because of the deposit.

If they can make mistakes like this, they might even make calculations wrongly and give you LESS trading limit / LESS cash balance than what clients bank in.

Anyway i'm damn angry. Going to switch ... security of my money is not safe with them.
