The aforementioned procedures are crucial for us to issue an audit opinion on the Group’s financial statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2013.

As at the date of this memorandum, management has not been able to provide us with the post balance sheet financial information and make the necessary arrangements to fulfil the aforementioned procedures as the financial records and company legal stamps that were stored in the administration office were destroyed by the fire as advised by management.”

No fake stainless steel composition. Its just a case of different grades. You should ask what you are buying and do research. Just like stock market.

Are you really sure you dont know what is wrong with China or India stainless steel?

Steel trader wouldn't care about steel qualities differences nor about the impurities in the steel. How would I know the answer?

The answer lies with uncle Google.

Well, unless its your first time using materials from China, then you would roughly have an idea what you are dealing with.

I wouldn't call it fake, but there are certain production related problems ie. in the uniformity of the chemical composition across the whole piece of material, metal substitution especially with stainless steel, impurities removal and so on.

For us, its quite simple. Its stainless steel, we provide you with the mill cert and thats it.

We are not mills, and we do not have the manpower nor equipment to test its actual properties.

If stainless steel also cannot resist, then time for Incoloy or Inconel.

What did you do in Indonesia? O&G?

BTW, we bought from few suppliers. Mostly from POSCO and SANYO.

Japanese are usually well-packed and smooth finish compared to rough turned by POSCO.
