Not only that.. those that follow him enter XDL.. also almost all went to holland...  rolleyes.gif

Now still promoting XDL.. i have 'hantam' him many times in i3 forum but still....he got lots of fansi.  laugh.gif

Sometimes i wonder hor, he is such a rich guy already.. still need to promote meh?  whistling.gif
XDL also he promote? doh.gif doh.gif doh.gif
KNS!

Clearly he knows no fundamentals. laugh.gif

'Cash rich' company also need to do rights issue to raise money meh? doh.gif

But the stock did fly. LOL!
For the cash call to succeed, the bankers HAD to goreng the stock up.

A lot of forum fansi, most important for them, is the stock fly.
Screw the fundamentals.
Screw the fact the SIFU (or stock god) is wrong.
Most important they make money.
That's most important.

Hahaha... some rich guys are like that one.
Making more money is their drug.

Err.. big buy up then heavy selldown.. with high volume.. then stock reach bottom with low volume, now rebound?

Correct kah?  notworthy.gif

This is primary due to felda disposing + less export sales due to egypt issue...
Hehe.... try not to associate 'news' / fundamentals to the chart so fast.....

Yes, correct.

What we want to see is the trends.

Stock moved higher in Dec.
That's the 'first' trend you see.

Then what happen is the stock then created a DOWNTREND.

from 210+ to 1.70+.

This IS the current trend.

The latest movement...

you see the stock have been making several movements up, trying to breakaway from this trend OR starting a new trend.

The very long candle you see yesterday... that's the first movement.

Assumptions?

Well if this is to be a new trend, logically the stock can or attempt to move back to previous high of 210+.

That's the assumption.

Sometimes...

1. It does happen and it can even move higher...
2. Sometimes it moves but it doesn't move as high. It meets a new resistant between here and 210+. Then the stock moves back down again...
3. Sometimes such movement (or attempt to breakout) fails. It falls back again before attempt again...

Both 1, 2 and 3 is very possible.

If fundamentals/outlook is weak, 3 is possible.
If got good catalysts, well 1 and 2 is possible.

ok so far? sweat.gif

Boon,

When the price break 1.8x in March, doesnt it break the resistance (reversal role) and signal an outbreak? Does it need to rise higher than 1.9 to signal an outbreak?
IMO, what we are seeing now is a 'possible' reversal of the downtrend.

Which I have laid down the 3 possibilities....

In the stock market, you better learn that possibilities is never cast in stone.

Shit happens..... a lot.

Hmm so 1,2 or 3?

I am thinking 2 is the likely outcome.. cause the FA is still moderate.. but not bad enough for 3. For no 1, need more catalyst than stock buyback.

So boleh kah?  hmm.gif

Stock was CLEARLY a big winner in 2012.

Ada POWER!!!

Wait.... pantum time. LOL!

Ada power ada huat!
Ada huat ada kaya!

Pass ah?

whistling.gif

This is what we need to know.
Why was the stock a big winner in 2012?

I see fy2013 earnings exploded.
fy2013 ended with Pwroot profiting 34 million.
fy 2012 profits was only 16 million.

Growth was explosive.
Stock growth was explosive too. whistling.gif

Ada power ada huat!
Ada huat ada kaya!
Ada kaya ada sayang!

Why did earnings expoloded so much?
This current fiscal year, growth mana pergi?

And I think.... sweat.gif
this explains why the recent 'weakness' in Pwroot share price.

It is no longer having the power it had in 2012............................. sweat.gif

This one FA i can confidently answer...  icon_idea.gif

The stock exploded is because they started to export to middle east, and found good acceptance. Sales to Egypt alone is about 63 mil a year in 2012. With higher export volume, will result in higher revenue and higher profit. There we talk of setting up a factory in Egypt to cater for the explosive growth. Why Egyptians like Alicafe so much, beats me.. maybe because of the name 'Ali' sort of captured the Muslim market.  laugh.gif

Then shit happens in Egypt when they overthrow the government and the 63 mil a year shrinks to only 9-10 mil a year. Also during this time, the stock show visibly lower and lower export sales thus hurting earnings. You see the sharp drop in the stock during the time of reporting poorer sales. Some Egyptian debts goes to doubtful debts and leads to write offs.  In the mean time there is like 9 million worth of doubtful debt by Egyptians... sweat.gif

But during this time also they launched Ah Huat 'pak kopi' which somehow resonates with the 'Chinese' population and local sales actually picks up in replacement of the eroding export sales. Now things are more or less stabilize as local sales are replacing the export sales.

For future direction, they shifted their export market from Egypt to middle east especially Oman and seen their export gradually improving also they are trying to penetrate Indonesia & Singapore. Apparently Alicafe is found to be very acceptable in Indonesia and Oligo in Singapore...There is also now 'talk' of the middle east factory in Oman.... laugh.gif

So it depends, they have successfully captured back some local market share with Ah Huat, which is a great PR move. Now can they re-capture back the export market they have lost previously which will be the catalyst for the stock to go higher? This question can only be answered in the coming Q report... wink.gif
*
And so you can relate to the stock already?

thumbup.gif

I am sure you can now see and understand where the stock is at now.

There are signs that currently the stock is attempting to recover its recent down movement.

Immediate upside, of course is possible bit do we have good catalyst to actually drive the stock to a higher ground?

Taking into consideration to what you have written, perhaps it's possible but considering the recent profit reports are lackluster perhaps the wise move is wait for the coming Q report.....

and if the stock moves strongly before that.... are you willing to follow and bet what the 'insiders' are betting?

Maybe their sifu say so..
Maybe they love the stock name..
They just end up trading it.....

Perhaps the best action is do nothing cos it's a dunno what movement stock.

look at the pwroot price now...

directors all supporting the price...

why are you worry?

this is fundamental stock... their business income are from middle east...

tongkat ali ...

rolleyes.gif  rolleyes.gif  rolleyes.gif

this is for investment not punting...

buy without worry.. can have a good sleep and collect dividend...  rolleyes.gif
LOL!

Talking investment meh?

I think you have to be cautious.

This stock boomed in 2012.
Profit boom stock boom. (read Gark's comments lor)

But if you pay attention to fundamentals, fy 2013 is very lackluster.
Boom is gone.
Profits stagnated.
Stock went no where...
Clearly seen in the chart.
And if you also read Gark's comments, you can easily understand why.

Stocks are simple.
When the growth is booming, stock price will boom.
Once growth stagnant or decline, stock price will suffer.
You can see this reflected in all stocks.

It's not saying this stock will die.
Too early days.
Company is said to be trying to expand to other markets.
Will it succeed?
If one is not an investor yet, perhaps it is more logical to be patient and don't simply invest.
It's too early.
Wait for the next profit report.
See if there is progress.

reason surely cannot post it public here...

as i keep telling everyone, we alway act like we know everything but end up we got no guts to buy stocks....

let the profit run away.. and cry to friend... aiya aiya... i didnt buy .. but i knew it will go 1....  whistling.gif  whistling.gif  whistling.gif  whistling.gif

LOL!!

Yes, of course, it need the 'buying' to drive the stock higher.
You believe in the who is buying. cool2.gif
Not to say you are wrong in adopting such approach. smile.gif

But my approach is different.
Anyway, I guess you don't believe that understanding fundamentals ourselves but I do. smile.gif

Do you know that some really good traders are great fundamentalist too?
They understand what drives a stock higher...
and what drives a stock lower...

For what's is worth...

2010 - 10 million profit
2011 - 12 million profit
2012 - 16 million profit
2013 - 34 million profit

Can you see the jump from 16 million profit to 34 million profit?
This for me is the driving factor that drove the stock higher.

trader and market maker i think job scopes are totally different...

enhancing value and robbing money is different....

look at the shareholder list...

if some funds want to sell off their holdings... surely market maker would not let them sell @ high price...

must pull down the price to let them sell .... if u have those market maker friend let those funds sell @ high price... please let me know... lol

i wanted to borrow ah long to do placement...  wub.gif
smile.gif

Yes, of course la, trader, market maker, me, you... we are all different.

This is exactly why some would say stuff like market is not logical...
and then some would argue that the market is always right...

So funny isn't it?

If you put the above into perspective...
you know that everyone involved here in the market...
we all want to make money.... icon_idea.gif

BUT yet..... we are all different in many ways.
