refund: 1. customer cancel order due to no stock and payment has been made to me/extremod. extremod/we will refund if customer did not agree to wait for the stock. 2. not able to refund after money transferred to distributor acc. 3. payment to distributor only made if distributor has stock. your money still keep inside our acc. customer has right to take the money back. 4. deposit for back to back order which is require by distributor will not be refund as customer agree to buy the item. 5. goods sold are not refundable.
warranty: all item under warranty you can send back to service centre or return to extremod. cost of sending must pay by owner, and cost to return to customer will be pay by extremod. we are not responsible defective cause by technical error, o/c. warranty exchange follow by brand terms and condition.

The Fan controller Knob & Push start button is not working Most i read, probs comes from the PCB itself
if your 600t not over than 2 years, the warranty still valid and you can claim via rma.. if over, u have to order new unit CC-8930060 600T vol/usb controller, forgot the price edy..
