NASA grade aluminium. It's a super car after all.

Bigger and wider car of course more heavier

But not exactly, did you know satria neo heavier than alza?
*
Sounds true also, my friend die die insist that Persona is no way to be heavier than Vios, stating Vios body material is thicker and better la bla bla sweat.gif

What is the reason for satria neo's case??

Because the Macampro IAFM 1.6L engine is casted using a stone furnace due to the lack of proper facilities as there aren't enough R&D funds (that's why proton asked for 3billion recently), therefore the end result is that the weight of the engine is very heavy. Without it the Persona is actually as light as a kancil  icon_rolleyes.gif.

oh i see i see~~ Thanks for your info biggrin.gif

so the NASA aluminium thingy previously mentioned isnt true? haha and yeah it sounds too non-realistic *you dont say*

Donno why. Just recently comparing car spec, surprisingly alza kerb weight are lighter than neo.

nod.gif It seems to be too many factors out there which could affect the weight of a car rclxub.gif

Yup, it's untrue.

Why is the Vios lighter? I don't know. But even after debunking my claims on how heavy the campro is, and after removing the campro engine the car will still probably be heavier/slightly heavier than a Vios unless the engine's weight is more than 200KG. Even so, if you remove the engine in a Vios, it'll probably still be lighter than a Persona without an engine. So eliminating that factor, it probably can be assumed that the panels are thicker, body is heavier due to thicker /heavier material and et cetera. I don't think soundproofing would be a significant factor here since the Persona's soundproofing probably isn't too heavy to begin with anyway.
*
And I suddenly thought of Mazda's skyactiv technology, which makes its body lighter for acceleration, yet still strong enough for safety... Same concept for vios kot i guess whistling.gif

blink.gif . You mean Skyactiv body? If a car's weight can change on the fly (aside from losing things or down/up force) that would be very interesting brows.gif.

Lets wait proton to invent this LOL whistling.gif

1. Find an SA
2. Go to showroom, meet up, ask for discounts and promo
3. Everything ok, pay partial/full downpayment
4. Give 3 months payslip and photocopy IC
5. Bank will contact you and do verification
6. Few days later, bank will call saying loan approved/not
7. SA will call to notify you on your allocation and tentative delivery date
8. Choose a number plate
9. SA will give you your loan docs to sign, pay remaining downpayment if not, give 2nd driver for insurance if needed
10. Wait for car smile.gif
*
Thanks for your reply! smile.gif My loan already approved... so you mean sign first then baru wait for car, not check car baru sign? Wont it be risky? hmm.gif

the right term is "varying"

keep your rpm at different point at different interval. combination of slow driving, cruse driving, fast driving and moronic driving. smile.gif
*
Ahhh I got the idea~ Thanks I will try it smile.gif
