Xan pernah destroy one of the plugs when hitting using near 50K, remember? Zen mentioned his plugs gap already worn quite big by 30K mileage thus he re-gap them. Efficient already decrease drastically after 30K mileage, so I guess, it better to use stock plugs and change every 20K to maintain optimum efficient over 50K mileage (better than using power iridium at 1 go for 50K mileage).
Same philosophy with engine oil mineral/semi vs fs.
Actually the plug wear out a bit only.. regap become like new punya feeling.. The plugs i changed after 60k mileage.. wear and tear minimal.. if for nomal use can surely last till 100k km.. If performance orientated then not so advisable to keep beyond 30k km..

If coolant need to top up means its leaking somewhere.. my coolant after 60k km only top up with water once.. It maintains the level at all time..
