saga fl use same 4AT gearbox as persona or not the same?? I think persona 4AT for me, as a noob, is pretty good as in downshifting when uphill and in corners...

Overdrive meaning consume more petrol right? like old proton cars I remember my friend said OD for racing2. haha

between saga 4AT and persona 4AT, I'd take persona 4AT anytime. Yes, it is eager to downshift but that make use of the campro's powerband more efficiently (from a I-dont-give-a-damn-on-FC perspective).

Just got my 1st service done at a authorize SC nearby my area .
It cost me RM160 , I was like meh .
(Pattern Banyak, they said it come in a package taruk Viper Sampoo , n fuel injector cleaner , batt knob protector )
All is not listed on the 1st page u guys mention here .

Actually , can I reject their package n just use the basic items ?

Oh yea , they add a 6% gov tax . Huh ??

Just I doubt on that fuel injector cleaner . Personally , I dun think a new car will need that treatment , plus a rumor some of these stuff will leave residue inside the engine  right ?

Avoid (Can be taken if you have too much money or strike Toto ):
- Magnatrap
- X1R engine treatment
- whatever treatment or booster they gonna offer to you

Break in doesn't mean drive like a snail. Just drive like casual weekend driver. Don't purposely slam on the pedal. You can still do 120kmh, what matter is it take how long to reach 120 from 0.

Old skol logic is, when engine newly fitted, there's micron difference on each cylinder that cramp up with piston ring. In order to fit in piston, the ring will have to be compressed, after fit in it will expand and hold on the engine block with minimal tolerance. Every combustion cycle, these piston rings will grind through the block inner bore(when piston going up & down). Your dad will ask you to drive 80 bcoz he think you drive too fast. This is a good chance to scare you and put a speed limit on your head. Your SA ask you to drive 80, so you won't complain drink fuel like water! New car so tight, sure will gazzle more fuel geh. If sumore drive like a muoron, sure can go 30cent/km.

Therefore, pushing too much on a newly assembled engine can greatly increased wear & tear. Break in period is a grind in process. Drive below 80 meaning you're shaping your engine to drive below 80 in future! When you shape your engine, you shape it into what you want it to be. Like when you crafting a wooden goose, you don't use a saw to craft although its fast(slam on full throttle to get to 120kmh), instead you'll be using a crafting tool to slowly grind the edge to achieve smooth and curvy surface(gradually increase speed to 120kmh instead).

Plotong set 1k, 5k & 10k free servis is meant for furture warranty purposes. Its not about void or no void warranty, is about maintain the new engine clean to avoid FUTURE complication. Why 1k servis? Its bcoz all engine parts are new, during this run in period, there will be lots of grinding inside the engine, as metal surface rubbing happened, expect metal dust mixed in the engine oil(so as gear oil). So, after 1k run in period your oil filter will be suckalot with metal dust liao hence the 1k servis is applied. 5k will be the same reason, so as 10k. Maintain engine cleaniness in the early stage can avoid many complication in future, such as hutan bakar white smoke/black smoke.

For me, I dun really care whether its semi synthetic or fully synthetic. Avoid metal dust is more critical its not wrong to say synthetic oil can last 10k, the thing is it will be too dirty.

If anyone able to share their journey with persona.

My PE is 140k KM of mileage n its 2010 made (MT).
what major things ive changed recently:

-IAFM
-lightened crank pulley (poisoned) + underdrive belt
-head gasket

not sure what i have missed, but other major things were changed before 130k:

-timing belt
-brake disc

I mau upgrade car to $110K and above....for my daily drive. Tapi itu affirmative action is making me poorer by the day, electric naik, sugar naik, makanan naik, only gaji tak naik. Make my gugu cannot naik thinking about it .

Head gasket changed coz got licking at engine head. Mayb coz i use it daily driving 110kmh.

Brakedisc is wear n tear. Mine was nipis edy..eaten by perf brake pads..

For auto, I rarely exceed 3.7k rpm, that is already at 140km/h. You daily also already reach over 4K rpm...

Inside your housing estate only. Outside 160km/h.

Already pass speed limit of Kesas and Federal Highway.

Just now i saw fire red persona sv taxi. I tot sv model cant be used as taxi. But why no saga sv taxi ?

But why no FLX taxi? I only saw new BLM taxi with new plate.
