Both US and Asia, I am getting around 300ms.
Is it because I bought US version of the game, so always connect to US only?
Problems with ping, Asia server also lagging

New player here. I notice that when I use Asia server (selected at Battle.net menu), the ping is as bad as when I join America server. Shouldn't Asia server have lower ping?

QUOTE(Beliskner @ Mar 27 2014, 02:00 AM) New player here. I notice that when I use Asia server (selected at Battle.net menu), the ping is as bad as when I join America server. Shouldn't Asia server have lower ping? they have server stability issues, it is pretty common for games on launching days. Both US and Asia, I am getting around 300ms. Is it because I bought US version of the game, so always connect to US only? give it a few days, or a week, the servers will be stable, your ping should around 200ms instead of 300ms+. |

Woke up at about 5am today to play, the ping was fine. I play in the US region.
For some reason, we usually get laggy connection from 4pm to 1am. Must be UniFi/TM's retarded daily maintenance on their network. |

Streamyx has route issue too, if you guys are using it. My friends with streamyx lag since around 2 days before RoS release. And are still lagging now. Trace route gives them almost all request timed outs.

Trace route gives them almost all request timed outs. In case you didnt know, TM has blocked trace route ages ago. You must use pingplotter software (google it) to do trace route. |
