I also in dilemma now, saw quicksave usj doing promotion for GT Radial HPY size 215/45/17 at rm318 (Rebate rm50/tire) for 2012 tyre with 4year warranty. But my friend told me 215/45/17 will make our ride damn bumpy and tyre look smaller. Right now im using 225/50/17 so wonder what size is suitable for my next tyre.

Now he is recommend me Hankook S1 Noble size 225/45/17 at rm370/pc. Anyone used the tyre before?

speedometer offset is NORMAL, stock tyre on car , speedo show 110, actual speed about 105.
yes 225/40r18 smaller than stock 205/60r16 wheel

lancer ori rims considered super heavy for such narrow 7 inches width, weighted at 12kg+-
17 inches, depend what u get, if imitation china/taiwan rim, it wont be as durable as ori rim.
have a look at advanti if u wan cheap and good.

for 17 size recommended was 215/50r17.

about 17 , average about 8kg+-

light weight one 6 to 7kg

why i said the lancer stock rim heavy, because evo x 18x8.5 inches rims, wider yes, but weighted at 10kg, this one narrower 7j, but 12kg, lol

im using roadstone n7000 here...
sidewall is softer than most 50series tyre out there...

4. SOUND = PERFORMANCE (ATR is very noisy )
5. It has to perform so so on dry and wet (You don't expect good performance review on dry and wet on a cheapskate tyres)

Hi guys and girls (if any), got my 1.8MT 2 weeks ago, so far so good. Just that I used to drive 4G93 Wira for bout 6 years, so lala feels kinda underpowered. But the ride quality is nice and quiet, too quiet and smooth till I forgot to upshift.lol.

Most people that questioned me before I got the car was surprised of the quality and spaciousness of the lala.
