guys, need some advice here

im planning to change my headlamp to Projector Headlamp ( Evo x Style ) like this



i was wondering should i use normal halogen bulb or upgrade it to HID+ballast(extra RM300)?

honestly im afraid if i use hid, the jpj will kacau me. but how bright is the normal halogen bulb? is it good enough?

from what i understand, those who choose hid because they want white beam instead of yellow beam, is there any white halogen beam?

im sorry im totally new in this stuff, newb here, please help and advice, TQ
