Puchong sc very mafan one, delay one and half month last time just for minor ketok and paint job. They told me one week gao dim summore. I don't go there anymore. Try the pj one around jaya 33, or direct go HQ.

wah...I never had any issues when I go to Puchong SC...report my aircon vent 'went up' again, after 1 hour, change new. They went and took the parts at Glenmarie..Summore, initially told me cannot bring own engine oil..went to see the SA, no problem he said..even went to the workshop at the back to have a chat with the mechanics..maybe you guys face problem?

Sifus just 8 daya owing my car broke down pulak. Was happily driving then i heard something broke. Pull to the side something from the bottom of the car broke. Then some leaking. Now waiting for tow car. Adui hai.

I have learned the expensive way of bringing your own oil for service. They have to entertain you because they want the business. However, they will make a note on the service record booklet 'Own oil".
When it comes for warranty claim, they will show you your booklet that you didn't use their oil & you are to prove that it was not due to oil used that damaged the warrantied part. They will also print out the service record on their computer & show you that they cannot help you due to "Outside" oil used.
It applies also to PETRONAS oil purchased at petrol station. They will claim that no doubt you bought the oil from PETRONAS, you could have diluted or replaced with other oil before bringing to Service centre.
So, for me, I always buy the cheapest oil available from them & change later to my preference during the warranty period.
No one asked us to select or buy their vehicles.

The plastic thing undercarriage. When they bring my car up got some scrartch mark under front bumper so they say i hit something.

But im sure over my cats life i never hit anything one!!

guys, sad news... my cars windscreen broke.... tns, the new one is +- RM2,000 .... my insurance cover RM500 only... still hv to fork out another RM1,500.

so if u guys are buying windscreen insu. make sure it is sufficiently covered...
