Ayam just interested to know how far u can go with 1 full tank? tongue.gif

But if only from melaka to KL; its only half tank right..
*
if you seriously want to maintain that driving, theoretically you can go 1062km using 18km/l * 59 liters. ok fine, going all the way will risk fuel pump dmg. so let's use 50 liters... 900km.
for the sake of simple math and using rounded figures, if you take an hour to drive 100km with 100kph, you will need at least 9 hours for 100kph to drive 900km. do the math for avg 75kph.
rclxub.gif rclxub.gif

anyways from melaka to kl... it only took like... 10-20% of my fuel? hard to gauge the digital meter's bar anyways, but it basically took very little fuel, which the 18km/l reflected lol

Wow 900km for full tank
Thats great

Mine the bestest is oni 600km/full tank
Mixed drives sweat.gif

if you take the second picture of my post, it has maybe 60-65% left?

i basically pumped saturday midnight after godzilla movie, go home, saturday morning avg speed 120-150kph to melaka at avg 12-13km/L
then some melaka town driving

and only return trip i decided to test my FC.

the bulk of the 35-40% fuel used (based from the meter shown on 2nd pic) is definitely prior to the return trip from melaka to KL.

on a complete average, i don't get that much as my fuelly proves it laugh.gif

as per screen shotted, proton is quoting 15.8km/l @90kph speeds for the 1.8MT

so the figures i am getting is quite realistic considering the rather extreme measures taken, and much slower cruising speed.

Did you change your muffler?

no a, stock.

don't plan to touch my exhaust at all until the cat con gets clogged, which i may decide to mod it/clean it up then.
which means at least many years from now lol

I bought a Mitsu Fully Sync oil at Rm95 and Mitsu oil filter at Rm25. Bottom of the engine oil has Eneos word. The boss told me engine oil is going to increase price next month. Shell start it first and slowly others brands will be followed.
*
synthetic bro, oils cannot synchronize.

LM also have a nice product to clean it up, right? tongue.gif
*
afaik no cat con cleaner a, only throttle body cleaners which may or may not help clean the cat con.

to clean the cat, you need to open up the exhaust (lol good luck finding exhaust shop to do it sweat.gif) and take it out to soak in de-greasers and solvents.

ahmad, ah beng, arumugam exhaust shop wont clean it at all la..

that is  the fact..

maybe can opt for high flow cat con like Magna Flow (sold by Everco sunway) etc2..

by referring to lala cat-con design, i guess it is already high flow type..correct me if im wrong..
*
yes rofl, hence i may consider DIY la... since from youtube videos, look very doable lol...

and yea, considering the flow of our exhaust, and how the high rpm comes reasonably smooth, our cat does seems to be a high flow variant... i mean, there's like 2 more resonators and a muffler box right after it and it still didn't seem restrictive at all imho.

that and the fact that the muffler tip is so thick with carbon, i wonder if the cat is really that effective or not (well, iinm high flow cats does have lesser efficiency in emission reduction considering it favors higher flow)

wonder if anyone can verify? laugh.gif
